Testing. Testing… One…Two… Three. I think they may regret giving me the reigns today. Hello fabulous CTR Readers! I am so thrilled to be here with you today! I thought I would start off by introducing myself for those who are not familiar with me, my name is Moira Keith and I live in Sin City, err”¦I mean Las Vegas. Freudian slip I guess.
I’ve spent most of my life in Vegas, but as a mother of two young boys, I really want them to experience living in other places as well. Though they won’t likely live in places like Panama, at least not while they are living under my roof, I always enjoyed the experience of living in different places and have fond memories of doing so.
As an author, my career is still taking off. Buckling Down was my first release, which came out in May of this year with Samhain Publishing as an ebook and will be released in print March first as part of Samhain’s Wild Ride Anthology. The road to publication has been exciting and fraught with peril. Okay so I exaggerate a wee bit. What do I have in the works now? Well I probably differ little from my fellow authors out there in that arena, as I currently have several that are in at least the idea and plotting stages. The genres vary as greatly as my stories do, though I tend to lean towards paranormal at the moment. I know, it is a far cry from a contemporary romance about a rodeo cowboy, but there you have it.
Out of all my current projects, the one nearest and dearest to my heart is a paranormal that has surpassed the 50k mark with a working title of Chosen. For the fans of Buckling Down, have no fear. Thanks to some feedback I have received, there is a tie-in novel that follows a supporting character, who seems to have garnered a few fans and whose life is still unfolding before me.
Hang with me for the day. There will be a few more posts throughout the day. Hopefully, you will enjoy my visit as much as I intend to. If there is anything you would care to know about little ‘ol me, my life in Sin City, or just anything at all… just ask away. I am here at your beck and call….sort of. 😉
