Hi!
My name is Tigris Eden I am the co- author of Romantic Tales: Bedtime Stories and Author of Enslaved In Shadows part of The Shadow Unit Series. I’m truly excited to be here and hope you all enjoy my post. There will be a giveaway of sorts posted at the bottom of this post. Thanks again! And Happy Thursday!
When you read this post I will be on in France. Most likely asleep in my hopefully warm bed at the Hotel Apogia Paris Ivry-sur-Seine. Its right on the river.
Here are my 13 reasons for going to Paris in February.
1. Everyone is not traversing about because it’s cold. So I will get to visit tourist places with no long lines.
2. What writer doesn’t want to go to Paris, inspiration is sure to strike there!
3. Moulin Rouge this is a very classy joint I’m told and well who doesn’t want to go and visit the famous windmill?
4. Pastries! The French make some serious pastries and I can’t wait to indulge!
5. It’s not far from Belgium and I plan to try their french fries and eat some chocolate!
6. Versailles is another hop skip and jump on the train and I plan on visiting and having a look around.
7. Eiffel Tower I know you probably thought that this should be first on my list, but I’m a backwards type of gal. But if all goes well I will be having lunch there for my birthday which happens to be Feb 28th! SQUEEEE~!
8. The Louvre, Mona Lisa is there Venus de Milo is there, and well Belinda Bullock tells me that I need to discover who is really under the pyramid. HEHE
9. I get to practice my French… Parle Vous Francias?
10. Atmosphere, I know it’s going to be great to just soak up the culture, the scents, the color, and of course… Market Day!
11. Picasso Museum, I love art!
12. The Jazz Quarter….. Yes I will be enjoying the music! It wouldn’t be fair if I didn’t
13. Last but not least, I can’t afford the Opera but I plan on touring the Opera district.
There is my Thursday 13 thanks for stopping by! If you were in Paris what would be the first thing you did, after you were settled and ready to hit the city of lights?

12 years agoLol not backwards at all, my first tour would be the pastries 🙂
I’ve always wanted to try an actual french crosiant with chocolate sauce and coffee while enjoying the view of Paris. Have fun and be safe!
