As everyone is aware we are into a New Year, and with the New Year, the first thing most people inquire are about resolutions. The first thing most people will normally mention is going on a diet. They want to lose 20 or more pounds and plan to start for the year, but often, never keep their promise to fulfill their resolution. Almost every commercial, since the first of the year, has been some promotion of weight loss products. I did not make any weight loss resolution this year since I have to watch my diet anyway, and especially since May. When your doctor tells you that you have to eat at least 1200 calories a day when you barely eat anyway, you have to search for food groups that allow you what you can have throughout the day, week or month. Never in my life did I realize that by following a diet plan and making a journal that one would lose weight. I quickly learned by eating, weight drops off. I started getting the Prevention magazine, along with their daily emails, and learned what proper foods to eat that fit my “doctor lifestyle’ so to speak. I have to admit I was a skeptic when I was told if you do not eat, that you will not lose weight, rather, if you eat, and the right amounts, you will lose. I believe it now. Even when I don’t feel like eating, I make myself try to have at least near to the 1200 as best as possible. The Flat Belly Diet also comes with two DVD’s for anyone able to exercise.
