Shotgun Bride is a captivating read. I was immediately consumed with the characters, the good biting dialogue and visualizations are so real, they grab instantly. If the first book is this yummy, the others have to be even more delicious. One can almost see the layered expressions on Jessie’s and Kids’ faces, especially with the portrait of the wedding opening. This firecracker of a story should not to be missed. With a lively cast, this tale brings out the old west, even allowing the reader to feel in the center of all the cattle drives. This magnetic tale is outstanding.
