Santa’s Naughty List 25 Tales of Paranormal Bad Boys Christmas Anthology: Forever Tied Blurb:
Raine, Rom Borro of the Kersh Gypsy Witch clan and Skye, his lover, are being chased by Armand and Alec, the King of the Vlad Vampires because Alec blames them for his lover, Obsidian’s death in The Were Rebellion.
Alec and his twin brother Armand will stop at nothing to exact revenge for Obsidian, even go back in time to vanquish the Kersh Gypsy line.
Will both Raine and Skye be able to defeat the King of the Vlads before he ends their line? Will they be able to survive the test of time and remain forever tied to each other?
Alec was surprised to see the date staring back at him on the ledger he was signing for the inn they decided upon.
The year was not too much of a shock because he knew all about his now enemy’s lineage. Raine’s great grandmother was about to be born and she was the first one to marry into the Kersh Gypsy clan. And this woman would eventually have a hand in raising him as the Rom Borro he would become for his people.
Excerpt of Forever Tied in Santa’s Naughty List 25 Tales of Paranormal Bad Boys Christmas Anthology:
The day is what shocked Alec the most. He had no idea that Raine’s great grandmother shared the same mortal birthday as both he and Armand. Alec wondered why he had such a strong connection to Raine in the past and he now realized it was because of the great grandmother.
Most of the mortals believed that fate was a silly coincidence. They did not see a connection between numbers and people, but the pull was there.
“That pull could pose a problem, Alec. If it is strong enough, we may not be able to vanquish the great grandmother on our own. What should we do?”
“We will think of something when the time comes, but for now, let’s find the mother-to- be’s dwelling.”
Alec used his senses to try to track the woman, but when he started, his senses came across another familiar feeling that he could not shake. Lilith, his sire, was close.
“Armand, we have to go. Lilith is here. We can’t risk her finding us. If we come in contact with her, the spell will be broken and force us back to our time.”
“How is she here?”
“That is not important right now. What is important is getting away from her. She cannot know of our presence. Hopefully, our link to her isn’t as strong since she has not sired me yet.”
“That bond is very strong in our time. How are we going to lose her?”
“By staying close to the shore. I’m hoping her powers will weaken just like other vampires by the water.”
“She is the Queen of the Damned. Those rules may not apply to her, but I guess one can hope.”
“They may not, but our bond is not formed for another century. Come! Let us go before she sees us!”
