Reading Pieces of Sky, I could not help but feel as if a part of me was left with the story. Ms. Warner is an amazing storyteller, one who puts her whole heart and soul into the words. The scenery, emotions, and storyline within the novel leave you breathless and aching for more. As each of the characters cry, you want to cry with them; as they celebrate love and joy, you too will want to celebrate; and as they come to grips with who they were and who they are now, you too will find yourself amazed at how much they have changed. This book is an epic journey that will leave you wanting more and is one of the best westerns I have read in a very long time!
