Contest #3: For a chance to win a gift certificate to Whispers Publishing (where they have some of the hottest books for lovers around), tell me where we can find your favorite love scene! In a book? In a movie? Do tell…
The day is winding down and if you’re not ready to buy your own copy of Soul Searcher and read more about Faith and Chase…check out this blurb and what other authors are saying about my book!
Blurb:
Faith Harper knew her night was bad when she agreed to have drinks with the Devil. She wasn’t all that surprised at her late night visitor because when you have the ability to look at a person and see their soul, strange things have a tendency of happening to you.
The very next day, she stumbles upon a mutilated corpse in the woods, things rapidly go from bad to worse. Soon, she’s being followed by a sexy forest ranger who has a soul unlike anything she’s ever seen before.
Chase Commanche Phillips has lived most of his life in the forest. He works as the county’s Chief Forest Ranger and is more comfortable interacting with animals than with people but when the beautiful Faith Harper comes running out of the woods and into his arms, he has no choice but to get involved.
After Chase discovers Faith’s special gift, he knows that he must protect her at any cost. With the Devil’s minions watching their every move, Faith must uncover what they’re really after before it’s too late.
Sometimes in order to save your soul, you need more than just a little faith.

15 years agoHey Kerri!
Wow, blogging here is definitely an all day affair.
I am ready for Soul Searcher.
Now let’s see—my favorite love scene—
Since I like visuals, I’ll go with a movie first:
The love scene in Ghost with Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore.
In a book: Don’t know i I have any favorites, but I liked Kris Kennedy’s love scene in The Conqueror.
Your kitchen scene was very hot also.

15 years agoI too am looking forward to Soul Searcher. My favorite love scene happens when John Cusack holds up the boombox in “Say Anything.” I read so many books/stories do not have a favorite written scene right now.

15 years ago AUTHORetirv~~ love that scene in the Notebook! The best part about that (in my opinion) is that it was written by a man. Go figure!
Lindsey~~I love anything with John Cusack in it…that’s a classic for sure!

15 years agoThe book sounds more and more intriguing the more excerpts I read. Best love scene? Can I pick one that’s not? When the ghost is watching her finally accept a new lover in Truly Madly Deeply. Just something about his love being so great he wants her to move on.
