Her name is Lisa Lillien, and she has struggled with weight until she found a solution that really helped. I first heard of Hungry Girl on the Rachel Ray Show. I could not believe all Lisa had to do was to add a box of chocolate cake mix with one can of pumpkin, and wonderbar, you have a great tasting cake with far less the calories than the regular cake mix. I immediately started searching about Hungry Girl. I learned all the many different ways Lisa prepared food with less the fat, and the calories, and I still found them tempting delicious. When I mentioned to my best friend about Hungry Girl and the two books that were out, Hungry Girl: Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt-Free Eating in the Real World and Hungry Girl: 200 Under 200: 200 Recipes Under 200 Calories, my best friend sent me the two books. I was elated that my best friend would do this for me. Needless to say I have yet to try everything in the book but there are some choices that are less than 200 calories. If you are watching your weight, or even if you are not, these two books are awesome; as well as Hungry Girl’s website, with all new up to date features. http://www.hungry-girl.com/week/index.php Lisa scours restaurants, supermarkets, and many more places to find that specific replacement to turn a fattening meal into something a person does not have to feel guilty about eating. The next in line for Lisa out in bookstores now, Hungry Girl Chew the Right Thing: Supreme Makeovers for 50 Foods You Crave, I can just imagine all the great things she has added to this book. Not to mention what she has coming soon in March, Hungry Girl 1-2-3: The Easiest, Most Delicious, Guilt-Free Recipes on the Planet. Hungry Girl has a newsletter and is on Facebook, http://www.facebook.com/HungryGirl

15 years agoI’ve seen these books before, but never picked them up. I think I’ll have to rethink getting them now. 🙂
