What do writers really dream about?

I've always dreamed about just telling stories that interest people.  Stories about every day people.  But, I have to admit I do love a good paranormal and scifi, and you might see something coming from me soon 

When I first began to submit manuscripts, people always pointed me in the direction of agents and the "Big Six."  

But, my first published piece was with a smaller ePublisher.  And I've never looked back.  I've written a few articles for one of the writers groups that I belong to, Chick Lit Writers of the World, that discuss writing and making a living.
