St. Nicked by Damon SuedeSt. Nicked: There`s no gift like the present.
Holidays this fun can’t be legal. When a cat burglar dressed as Santa targets a glitzy Manhattan high-rise, the holidays get unhinged.
As superintendent, Mark Almeida needs to keep the residents safe, and as a former NYPD cop, he knows he can crack the case without any help… until he meets a suave stranger too handsome for his own good who pushes buttons Mark didn’t know he had.
As the holly-jolly crime spree unfolds, Mark wrestles with duty and desire while juggling festive clues, lavish gifts, and stolen kisses in time for a truly crooked Christmas.
St. Nicked, the newest contemporary romance from Damon Suede, combines the tension of a mystery with feel-good romance in a way only Damon can deliver.

Meet the Author
Damon Suede… between soft and rough
Damon Suede grew up out-n-proud deep in the anus of right-wing America, and escaped as soon as it was legal. He has lived all over: Houston, New York, London, Prague. Along the way, he’s earned his crust as a model, a messenger, a promoter, a programmer, a sculptor, a singer, a stripper, a bookkeeper, a bartender, a techie, a teacher, a director... but writing has ever been his bread and butter. He has been happily partnered for over a decade with the most loving, handsome, shrewd, hilarious, noble man to walk this planet.
Addictions: sweetness that isn’t sentimental, wit that isn’t bitter, strength that isn’t cruel. Allergies: professional victims, half-assery, clichés.
Beyond romance fiction, Damon has been writing for print, stage, and screen for over three decades, which is both more and less glamorous than you might imagine. He`s won some awards, but his blessings are more numerous: his amazing friends, his demented family, his beautiful husband, his loyal fans, and his silly, stern, seductive Muse who keeps whispering in his ear, year after year.

13 years agoGood Morning everyone, I am on the early schedule today. Thursday's are busy days here in the mountains of Tennessee. My Partner R.M. Kinore is already on the road headed out to business appointments up state.
She and I are part of the Rebel Ink Press "Once Upon A Twisted Tale" anthology due to release October 17th. We are excited about the release of such wonderful stories from so many talented authors.
We both keep pinching ourselves to be sure it's all real and our stories are going to be part of the line up for the anthology. R.M.'s story is "The Emperor's New Clothes: No More Hiding" and mine is "The Galloping Ghoul of Hockomock Swamp".
So, I am raring to be the first to introduce "Once Upon A Twisted Tale."
–Escape to a world of make believe where all your grown up fantasies can now be realized. Where Neverland means never denying yourself the most intimate, wicked treats and where what you wear to the ball isn't nearly as important as what you don’t. Experience a tantalizing set of stories where fairy tales take on an unexpected twist and journey to a place where real love isn't defined in terms of a cookie cutter princess. After all, happily-ever-after isn’t the staple of a charmed life…
I will be checking in throughout the day and would love to talk with readers.

13 years agoLove being part of Rebel Ink Press. Here's an excerpt from the Second Chance Anthology, which comes out Saturday:
Damian tapped his right hand on the table as he waited for the test results at the Bay/Waveland Clinic. Desmond sat in Damian's lap and grabbed his neatly trimmed goatee.
Two days earlier, they’d given their samples to confirm that Desmond was in fact his
child before Maria left town. The last thing he wanted was to be left with a child that wasn't his.
Right about the time his nerves were just about shot, a nurse called Damian to the registration. "Sir, if you'd come right this way." The young woman said, motioning Damian toward a worn chair.
When the doctor stepped into the room, Damian held his breath. "You're his father. The test is ninety nine percent accurate."
Damian sighed before responding, waves of relief slithering down his spine. "Thank God I didn't need to get hauled on national television to find out if he was mine or not."
"Are you my daddy?" Desmond questioned.
A new Father kissed his son on the cheek and gave the little boy a new name in the process. "Yes you are, Desi."
