First let me say I am happy to be blogging at Coffee Time Romance today, ya!  For those who don’t know me, I’m Stacy-Deanne. I am a crime, mystery and romantic suspense author. Most of my books have interracial romance subplots, which has given me the nickname, “Interracial Romance’s First Lady of Crime and Mystery”.

My brand new release, “Giving up the Ghost” is my fourth release and the first in my new series. It’s super hot. Let me repeat, super hot! It’s a book full of passion, thrills, suspense and unbelievable twists. You will not believe the ending nor will you guess what happened but you will have a fun time going along for the ride!

“Giving up the Ghost” features detectives Brianna Morris and Steven Kemp. They debuted in my ’08 novel “Melody”. They are not only partners but also ex-lovers and this causes a lot of tension and friction. Steven still carries a torch for Bree and though she still cares, she has moved on.  At least for now.  But don’t worry. There is a new man, Simon Watts in Bree’s life but whether he is a good guy or not is the question.
