Through contemporary art and scholarly analysis, their work is bringing new meaning to this timeless tale. Hear from the Bond & Grace founders and the great-great-granddaughter of Frances Hodgson Burnett, Keri Wilt, about what makes this edition so special and what life lessons they learned as they explored the text through today’s lense.

The Art Novel
The Art Novel is a collectible coffee table book featuring a classic novel, scholarly context, and fine Art. In each title, Bond & Grace partners with emerging artists to create original artwork inspired by the novel, and literary scholars to add annotations and informational content on top of the full original text, such that avid lovers of the story may learn something new and first-time readers are welcomed with context.
Our work aims to bring these books a current perspective, while respecting the integrity of their contribution to culture.
BIO:
Jaqueline Bond Co-Founder, Chief Literary Officer. After a decade working in social change communications, Jacqueline understands the power of storytelling. With a passion for reading and an eye for design, she is creating a lifestyle brand meant for the literary and art enthusiast.
Ayana Christie Co-Founder, Chief Product Officer, brings her 13 years of innovation strategy experience to lead product development and customer success at Bond & Grace. As the daughter of antique dealers in Brooklyn, NY, she inherited an affection for history and uses her city-dweller senses to interpret the stories all around us.
Keri Wilt is a historical lecturer and great-great grand-daughter of Frances Hodgson Burnett. She is founder of the Well-Tended Life Podcast.
