This is the monthly in-person gathering for the First Friday Book Synopsis —
2 Best-selling Business Books
A COMPREHENSIVE BOOK SYNOPSIS —
FOR THE LIFELONG LEARNER IN ALL OF US!
Come to learn with our wonderful learning community; and make some great connections!
2024 — A YEAR OF LEARNING!
—————–
Our March 1 event completes our 26th year of the FIRST FRIDAY BOOK SYNOPSIS! — Over 620 books presented!
Each month, Randy Mayeux presents synopses of two useful, best-selling business books. Randy provides a thorough, comprehensive synopsis handout, and then presents the synopses.
People follow along on their handouts while Randy speaks, marking them up with their own notes. The First Friday Book Synopsis is truly a shared learning experience!
{This registration is for the in-person gathering at the Park City Club — but the presentation is also streamed live on Zoom}.
We began year 26 of our monthly events in April, 2023. In our 25+ years, we have presented over 600 book synopses!
{NOTE: You do NOT need to read the books!}
If you cannot attend in person, but would like to participate remotely, on Zoom, visit Randy’s blog for details.
The two books for the March 1 session are:
1) Supercommunicators: How to Unlock the Secret Language of Connection by Charles Duhigg
2) The Friction Project: How Smart Leaders Make the Right Things Easier and the Wrong Things Harder by Robert Sutton and Huggy Rao
