Pinky is not your average girl. She likes “girly” things like nail polish and rings; and even has pink streaks in her blonde hair. But another of her likes is competing against the boys and showing them that “Girls Rule”.

Her coach and her mother are unsure when she puts on a mask and decides to be The Masked Crusader; Pinky did not want anyone to know she was a girl yet.

Pinky had a bunch of matches that day but her most important was the state championship. Can this powerhouse of a girl prove that girls can do anything they set their minds to?

What a cute story for the younger reader. It gives a great example to girls to show they can be as strong as boys and nothing should hold them back. The graphics that go along with the book are cute and add a creative flair to the story. I enjoyed it and you will too.
