Well, hello, everyone on this first Monday of the New Year. I hope you’re all getting into the spirit of 2011, whatever that might mean to you. To me, it means lots of reading and even more writing – does that sound familiar?
I’m Justine Elyot, a UK-based writer of erotica and erotic romance. I’ve been on the scene for a couple of years now, with two full-length books published, and two more to come this year, plus a plethora of shorter stories and novellas with Total E-Bound, Noble Romance, Black Lace, Xcite Books, Cleis Press and more.
I was especially excited to find out that this month’s Book Brew topic was all about uniforms, and the men and women who sport them, because I had two short stories on this very theme published last month. What a perfect opportunity to talk about them, and what they mean to me!
So, to start off with – Uniform Behaviour, an ebook anthology edited and published by Lucy Felthouse.
Just like it says on the cover – steamy stories about men and women in uniform. There are sixteen of these little beauties, representing uniformed personnel as diverse as soldiers and firefighters, police officers and priests!
My story is called Guard Mounting, and I’ll post an excerpt for you all later, when I talk a little more about this book.
The second book I want to talk about is Ultimate Uniforms, published by Xcite Books.
(Lots of focus on the upper body in these covers, isn’t there? lol)
This book is available in print in e-formats, and contains twenty different stories. Mine is called The Arresting Officer – can you guess what kind of uniform it features? Heh. I’ll have a bit more to say about that later, too, but for now I’m just checking in and saying hi.
I’ll see you later! Enjoy the Brew.
