Madeline and Elliot both live and work in New York City. Their paths happen to cross each other at a restaurant opening. An attraction between the two happens, beginning with flirtation and then moving forward into a relationship.
Madeline and Elliot’s romance happens as much online as in face time. The flirting, the sex, the unsaid words; all of it begins to unfold with the help of their friends Emily and David, who are there for advice and support through it all.
Love is in the air. So can this modern day romance survive the ups and downs of what we all perceive is romance or is this doomed from the start?
Read Bottom Up – it will have you chuckling at what the age of the Internet has brought us. Romance with modern technology is now the norm. Although I still prefer my romances the “old fashioned” way this was a humorous take on dating and love. The banter back and forth among friends and lovers shows a whole new side of the conversations we have. How flawed we view love, how happy we become if we find it, etc. This all makes for a fun, quirky read.
