Judge is an alpha male through and through. He’s got the power, the arrogance, and he’s a Four Horseman known as War. As fierce and as powerful as he is, he has but one weakness, Charli. He knows Charli is a strong psychic and he also knows she is his mate. What he does not know, is why she is fighting him tooth and nail. Judge’s instincts to protect and put others before himself makes him a selfless hero and more fierce at protecting what he views as his. He is loyal to a fault to his other brothers and family. Judge refuses to let Charli or her sister be harmed in anyway and he is willing to die for them if need be.

Can Charli trust herself enough to trust Judge to let him in to her life and her sister’s? That is the biggest struggle in this story, how Charli’s every decision is not based on herself but the needs of her sister. Judge understands pack and family which makes him a great fit for Charli, but he has his work cut out for him. Charli’s trust issues and Judge’s unrelenting loyalty and love for her are what makes this story endearing as well as passionate and sensual.

I loved this book. From start to finish, it was one heck of a ride. I laughed, I wanted to cry, and I didn’t want the story to end. Ms. Anderson has written a great story with strong, relatable characters that are multi-dimensional. I highly recommend this book.
