I think today is a balloon ride, a trip on an air pirate ship, and a big adventure! It is great to see y’all and great to be back again. I see there are a lot of posts scheduled to pop up in the next couple of hours so either hang around or drop back in when you can. I know most folks are off work today so I hope everyone can at least drop in now and then to read things while they do the barbecues, picnics and other family and friend stuff on this last day of ‘summer’ fun.  I’m almost camped here at my desk; scanning a few pix in between approving comments and chatting.

Here in the southwest,  for me and folks like Colleen, it will be real warm for quite awhile yet but when the monsoon clouds vanish and the sky gets that wonderful southwest turquoise blue again and the wind gets restless it makes me, at least, want to get out and explore. It’s just a great time of year. Other places may have their turning leaves and harvest and such to enjoy. Every region has its own special magic but fall is just a nifty season.

Okay, another question for readers. What do you most like about steam punk as a genre of romance especially? What would you like to see more of in future reads?
