Welcome to July Book Brew

Hello freinds, authors and readers! I hope you had an awesome Canada Day or Independnce Day if you live in Canada or the US and if not, hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer. For our friends on the lower side of the globe, hope the winter is a pleasant one!

In a patriotic spirit we’re doing tales of “Love and War” today. WHilte these may seem like a dichotomy and very opposite concepts, war has indeed been the cause or the vehicle for many loves to develop. We may fall for someone technically an enemy, travel to new places and meet folks we would not have met otherwise, even serve alongside someone who wins our heart and loyalty for a lifetime.

I owe my existence to WW II since my parents met when my dad was sent to Kentuckyt for military work and met my mom. They married two months after they met back in 1942 and were they still with us, yesterday would have been thir 72nd anniversary! If any of you know of parents, grandparents or others who met in simlar manner, please share your family tales with us today.

Remember you need to comment to be in the hopper for our giveaways and please try to make ti something with a little substance or ask our authors a question. They love to have something to respond to!

So without further ado, off with the fireworks and let’s party
