Runaway Home by Camille Anthony

Runaway Home

Fleeing the shame of being rejected in favor of an Omega, Jackson Southerly, alpha wolf, has run away to one of his family’s ski resorts.

Fleeing the shame of being left at the altar, Sioux Brown has traded in her tickets to the Bahamas and run away to the snowy slopes of Colorado, where she plans to lick her wounds in solitude.

The snow in their hearts melts as they share the deserted lobby in the dark of night, but will their growing attraction survive the light of day?

The story was confusing for the reader from the very first word.  The characters were never clear, I learned more from the book description than I did the story.  The characters were hard to grasp because they were more like passing in a New York busy street; you hear them speak on the phone as they pass but you don’t understand the conversation.  If you are in for a quick and brief sex scene this is the book for you.  There is little to no depth to the characters or their background.  I would not take a chance on reading another book in the series.
