This time we’re going to blog about historical books.  I have to admit that I first fell in love with romance novels after reading historical ones – in particular Kathleen E. Woodiwiss “Ashes in the Wind”.  Probably my favorite of all times……I have read that book over and over again.  I loved all of her earlier books – my first ever was “Come Love a Stranger” that my sister loaned me and I thought it was the best book ever! 

I would love to go back to the days when men bowed as women entered the room – we had courtships and ballgowns and horses were the main mode of transportation.  Give me a horse and wagon any day over a clunker that keeps breaking down!
