“A Rogue in Sheep’s Clothing” is my debut book. A Regency romance, the action centers not only on the hero and heroine, but on a talented, tempermental stallion named Manifesto.
I used to be nuts for horses when I was growing up. In fourth grade my best friend, Dorrie Fuchs, and I memorized the names of all the Kentucky Derby winners. We recited them at recess like a mantra. After school, we’d get down on our hands and knees and jump all the bolster pillows. Honestly, if someone had asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I’d have said a horse, so it was a natural progression to feature a racer in my first work of fiction.
