Out here in the southwest it is summer(calendar be danged!)  which means HOT. We have wild fires going–bad ones in southern California and north central New Mexico that I know of and probably others. Getting some storms now and then but mostly wind and lightning and not the rain we need. Other places are getting way too much rain.  Just t’aint fair!!
