Good morning from Alaska

Welcome!  And a big thanks to Coffee Time Romance for hosting this blog.

I’m curled up in my jammies on the sofa, sipping coffee and staring out the window at the crows and snow falling.  I’ve got a day filled with spicy excerpts, tales from life in rural Alaska and lots of prizes.  So let me know you’re out there!

    Hi Teresa 😀
Glad you could make it! It’s been snowing here all week…the crows are practically knocking on the door and asking for food 🙄
    Take care,

Good afternoon from TEXAS! The weather here the last week has me under the weather. The last couple of days it was in the 30’s with freezing rain and today it’s clear and 59*…looking at 72* as a high on Thursday…Guess the Ft. Worth area is having multiple weather personalities this year 😈

I love your writing, and I agree with Robbyrabbit, please keep the books coming. Happy New Year y’all!

Hello, Ms. Gail. 🙂 I’m just sitting here, working on my website and reading an excerpt from you while the little guy does his homework behind me. It’s cold and gloomy in my part of California, I’d almost rather have the snow so there’d be a reason for the chill!

Good afternoon from snowy Michigan. I have to say Samantha, I would not be surprised if we have as much snow as you do. Glad you could stop by and chat.

Hi Kimberly, Heather and Dani 😀
I had to send my husband out to clear the snow off the satellite dish…we lost our internet connection for awhile 🙁

Kimberly C. – You’re the next winner! I’ve got some scrumptious Sephora bubble baths with your name on them. Send me a note with your shipping info – samanthagail@mac.com

Well I’ve just come from the bank and running some erands. And I have to say I hate the cold

    Tameka,
I’ve been told that “there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing.” I kept repeating those words over and over every time we went outside while living in Barrow. It didn’t help 😕
Up until then, I’d never been anywhere that you could open a window, fling your coffee outside, and have it disintegrate before it hits the ground. Truly amazing place 😯
    Stay warm

    Hi Sara!
I think we’re just breaking for dinner and to get our second wind…or maybe just breaking wind  Sorry, couldn’t help myself! It’s only 4:15 Alaska time 😎

My parents just got back from a trip to Alaska. From their cheesy photography (coming soon to a slide show near you), the countryside looks gorgeous! Is that your window in the picture? What a great daily view.
