Ghosts

All this is soooo interesting!  I do believe. Have not had any ‘real’ encounters I can substantiate but I do believe. A friend of mine wrote a totally neat book about visits from her son after he had passed away and all the inspiration and comfort he gave her. It is called Dear Dean-Love Mom and is by Esther Luttrell. I can get ISBN and stuff if anyone wants to read it or you can hunt it up on Amazon. it is NOT spooky but very uplifting and I like that!

My dear Belle visited us a few times after I had to have her put to sleep a year ago.  My little red Rojito who had become her buddy in a few short months they were together saw her and did not know quite what to make of it but my brother’s two dogs had ‘met’ his previous dog who came around to visit in Colorado at times so they were not freaked. But yes, beloved pets as well as people can come back to check on you I am sure! Well, I did feel my husband’s had on my shoulder when I was burying Sadie, his dog who shared bereavement with me when he and my dog Butch both died on the same day.  She lived three more years. It was very real and I was crying as I covered her up in our yard beside Butch and another dog we’d had.  He just squeezed my shoulder and said thank you for taking care of her for me. I am sorry I did not have them cremated as I did Belle.  But too late now; well they are long gone to the Rainbow Bridge and I’ll be with them in time.

I was watching some ‘ghost buster’ stuff on TV while I was in Arizona and it was very fascinating. I think on Discovery Channel. I rarely watch more than the news and one or two shows at home; just too much else to do! But in a motel room at night bored to death you do anything to pass the time! I actually may look for that program again!

Trying to think of a good 4th question…about ghosts maybe? Let me have lunch first and then I will!
