Tamela Miles is a school psychologist with Ed.S and PPS credential and a graduate of California State University San Bernardino and California State University Dominguez Hills. She is also a former flight attendant.

I’m Afton Locke, and I write outside the box ~ including contemporary, historical, and sometimes a touch of paranormal.

I’m Rebecca York. I first began writing straight romance but got bored with the lack of plot and move into romantic suspense. I’ve written more than 75 romantic suspense novels, mostly for Harliquin Intrigue and Berkley and now for my own Light Street Press. Early on, I began adding paranormal elements to my romantic suspense (Werewolves are one of my passions.) And when I began indie publishing I also started my Off World Series, romance and romantic suspense set on a group of neighboring planets where humans migrated in the far future. Escape Velocity is one of these Off World Books, but it’s a bit hotter than the previous books. In addition I write the Decorah Security series where the agents have paranormal powers or investigate paranormal cases.
