Can these two admit how they feel, or will their love become a holiday romance because they are too stubborn to divulge how they really feel?
Leo is a sweet romance which offers hope to someone needing to move past the scares and begin to live again. I absolutely love military romances that celebrate the heroism while depicting the reality of coming home when teammates were not so lucky. The pain mixed with the holiday joy is superbly contrasted and shows the pains of love and loss and how hard moving on can be. The writing is if Ms. Carlisle is delightful, and her story of Leo and Rosanne is an excellent holiday romance read.
