He knows he has to get them to safety. When the man in question helps him with his suitcase and confirms he is on the road to Paladin, he decides to roll with it. Unfortunately, his body has had enough and he passes out before they can reach their destination. Fortunately for him, Roane with the help of his team gets Becker and his niece back to camp. But trouble is following Becker and he knows it is just a matter of time until Sabine’s mother shows up hoping to get her hands on her daughter. He tells Roane and his team their story and discovers that Roane is not only rich, but that he is Roane’s mate. While Roane and his team fall in love with his niece Sabine, Becker finds himself falling more and more under Roane’s spell as love begins to grow between them. But will love be enough to save Sabine from her mother?
Wow! What a very cool and awesome story! There is just nothing like a Keely Jakes story and you definitely do not want to miss this one! Love, shifters, great world building, smokin’ sex and hot military men, what more can a girl, or guy for that matter, ask for? I cannot wait for the next installment of Team Paladin, while you are at it, make sure you read the other stories in the series, they totally rock!
