Key West colunnist Rafa Blue hides her sordid past from her lover Kane
Riley.  When police find Diego Casterano murdered at Daiquiri Dock,
they call Rafa, who found him dead in the water, a person of interest.
She feels she must investigate Diego’s death, and in doing so she
faces Diego’s angry son, along-ago enemy””and Kane.
