Bethany Averie is the second-to-the-youngest of 8 children. Growing up, she loved fairy-tales, mythology, and all kinds of stories. Her parents read to her (and her siblings) when they were little. Their love of reading, and encouragement of reading, started a lifelong love affair with books.
Bethany began writing pretty young””she is not sure what age she was, but she’d write poems, and lyrics. She did some short story work, but didn’t get into writing novels until later in life.
Junior year of high school, one of her teachers kept telling her she should chase her dreams, but she didn’t think she had what it took to write professionally. She wrote several things during that time, and in the years following. However, it wouldn’t be until long after she graduated high school that All’s Fair In Love & Lion would come into being. When that happened, she began seriously pursuing the dream of being a published author.
Now, with an awesome real-life hero for a husband, and offspring of her own, plus the debut of All’s Fair In Love & Lion (her first published Romance novel) and the upcoming debut of her Immortal Dreams Trilogy (“Coming Of Age” Paranormal Romance), She continues her love of writing with other Romance, and the other novels she’s working on.
Divine Love is a beautiful love story with some twists thrown in. I love the idea all the immortal gods relying on one minor immortal and a half-breed with no idea of who she is. The storyline is sublime and flows at a perfect pace with every page anticipated more than the last. The world created by Ms. Avery is enchanting and left me enthralled with the characters and looking for the next book in the Immortal Dreams Series.
