For wide authors, there’s a great new tool called KoboPlus. It works like Kindle Unlimited without the exclusivity requirement. Instead of being paid by the pages read, you’re paid by the time spent. There’s a generic setting in the algorithm that sets expected read times per book length. I haven’t seen it, but in KU, if someone re-reads your book, you don’t get paid for it. In KoboPlus, you do.

Kobo Writing Life offers monthly live training and interviews on their Youtube channel. https://www.youtube.com/@KoboWritingLifeKWL and they also have a blog and keep up-to-date on social media. If you tag them, they will share your post.
A dedicated team works directly with authors. You can email them and ask a question, and you’ll get a quick answer. Also, if you have a sale going on, or a BookBub deal, email them ahead of time and they will help you promote it. You can set any price and still get the same royalties. There’s no range like Amazon.
You could use a Kobo gift certificate to offer KoboPlus to your subscribers as a grand prize or as part of a signup bonus.
Here’s a great tip for you to share with your readers:
KoboPlus readers pay $7.99 mo. for ebook or audiobook, or get both for $9.99 mo. https://www.kobo.com/us/en/plus
