Hi everyone. Thank you, Coffee Time Romance for letting me share my triology. I created the storyline with Valkyrie’s offering Marines eternal life during battle. The story idea formed when I was interviewed and asked if I were a character in a play, what would I be? I wanted to be a Valkyrie, a supernatural woman who had the courage and power to vault into the thick of a battle and offer a valiant solider life-everlasting.
In the first book, The Valkyrie and the Marine, I introduced Skogul, a First Squad Valkyrie Leader and best friend of the heroine, Kiara. Conditioned to not fall in love with her fallen warriors, Kiara cannot fight the attraction she has for Special Ops Marine, Harrison Lombard. When a sabotaged mission critically wounds Harrison he seeks revenge. Will his search lead him to his angel of mercy or death?
Skogul stood out for me. Kiara is lovely, sweet and later fierce. She is the star of the first book, but Skogul’s humor and determination to help her friend made her a stand out character.
Skogul loved being on different planets and especially learning about earth-walkers and Sci-Fi movies. She reappears in the second book, Pippa’s Rescue.
Skogul, Valkyrie leader of the first squad in Valhalla, is supposed to offer immortality to former Marine Basil Vanguard. Too bad watching science fiction on the big screen is more fun. But if her assignment slips through the cracks, will Odin himself take a hand?
Basil wants justice. Determined to find the man who turned on his own unit and caused the deaths of many brave men, Basil tracks him to Horse Rescue Ranch. But the ranch owner is the traitor’s sister, and she’s not talking.
