If there is such a thing as an ideal client, what would that author look like, or what traits would s/he exhibit? Each client is individual and we don’t anticipate an ideal. Too boxed in.

Realistically, what kinds of results can authors expect after purchasing your services? It depends on how much the author also works as part of the team, if they run contests, they can expect emails to use on their mailing list of at least 2000, marketing and promotion is extremely hard to measure, there are no hard and fast metrics. We just know it works.

What questions do you recommend that authors ask when they are considering a particular publicist or marketer? Get references from other authors or publishers, get a firm price, know what is being offered. Understand the marketing process.
