Yeah, I know baseball is not a winter sport but I was so tickled the Red Sox won the World Series. Now if they had been playing Kansas City it would have been hard since that was where I was born back in the dark ages but St Louis is not anything special to me. I actually lived briefly in the Boston area as a very small kid so I had to root for the Red Sox.

***So, who will be the teams playing in the Super Bowl this year? Make a guess and get an extra chance at a prize or two in our drawings today!  I’m rooting for Denver to be one. Down here where I live everyone is for the Dallas Cowboys unless they came from another city with a pro team but I am now a Bronco fan–better by far than they used to be!! A few years back when I lived in Colorado I almost bought a Broncos doormat cuz I thought that was a perfect place to state my “loyalty” as that was about the quality they were showing LOL. But anyway, make a wild guess and we’ll see if anyone gets it right and I will announce that in the first book brew after the game is played!***

So a couple of quiz questions here! Which winter Olympic athlete has earned the most total medals so far? The most golds?  How many winter Olympic athletes have been on Dancing With the Stars? 

BTW I will toss all commenter names with the correct answers into a dish and draw one for a pretty custom made wintery looking necklace and earring set. Just to make it worth you while!! One question answered per comment is good strategy…
