As a descendant on one side of some very unreconstructed Southerners LOL I enjoy almost any Civil War story and Sins of the Father sounds really intriguing plus it comes with some great creds in honors and recognition.  I just added it to my TBB list–not sure how I have missed it up until now!

And Gemma Murray’s Dragon Heart series is just out of this world in more ways than one. I really have a weakness for urban/rural fantasy–those stories set in our world with a twist and the rural or urban depending on the setting. I thought my Deirdre O’Dare persona had coined the rural fantasy term for some of her stuff (The Thin Green Line series) but someone else claims it–oh well!! Anyway, detectives and cops dealing with some paranormal bad guys or trying to help some paranormal good guys makes for some amazing reads. More that I just gotta get soon. SO many wonderful books and so little time and money 🙁 .

Just rested my eyes and back for a few. Trix, thanks for the tip; I will check on the flax seed.  I just had a horrid thought that I used to be allergic to some of the mycine antibiotics and that’s in my eye drops along with a corticosteroid–what if the one is making me worse instead of better? Rat feet!! Guess I had better call my eye doctor…. Sigh!
