Years ago I wrote a short story that was partly from a dream and maybe a flashback to a life I had once lived. Like Sue-Ellen I do believe in reincarnation and although I am a real desert rat, I have been fascinated with the British Isles and the Celtic people all my life. Of course knowing I am Irish and Welsh more than any other ethnic ancestry helps. Perhaps the man in this story was the same soul that later became my husband and co-author of  January Gets her Gunn??  I won’t rule out that possibility anyway!

I am now planning to expand this first tale into a novel length book but that is going to take awhile. This story has never been published and probably won’t be but I’d be glad to share it in .doc format with any reader here today who asks. As another note, I found in a bookstore here in New Mexico a small volume by a lady who was ‘converted’ to belief in reincarnation and links to past lives through her own experience which she related in a fascinating book. She lives in this area and we have met. We found we both had a fascination with St. Columba or Colm Cille in the old Gaelic and she, like Sue-Ellen, is a huge lover of Scotland although like me, she is now firmly rooted in New Mexico. Small world–and I *know* there are no coincidences. I believe the book is available on Amazon if anyone is curious.
