Down Home Ever Lovin’ Mule Blues by Jacquie Rogers is an entertaining read that is purely fantastic. Socrates is a joy as he is always planting some kind of humor into the tale. Ms. Rogers creates characters with a wide range of emotions and some frisky animals included that make the story a-one in my book. There are some laugh out loud antics mixed in with some romance along the way. This book is a pure joy to read.
