While researching the area where THE PROTECTOR takes place, I stumbled onto the most curious thing I've ever seen. Look closer. Those are cats chained to little houses. Who in their right mind would chain cats? Surely this is illegal. I suspect they are used for cat fights. There's a cock farm right up the road.
