The Salignac (Sal-in-yac) Legacy” is the first in the Heritage Series being published by Champagne Book Group. The inspiration for a novel might come from one snippet of information that attaches itself to another, add in a character or two and there’s the story. Those were the ingredients for “The Salignac Legacy”: a visit to Scotland, exquisite pate in a French restaurant in Melbourne, stir in an Aussie waitress and a modern-day Scottish laird, allow to marinate for a day or two and a lovely story emerges. It’s one where Lachie and Catriona navigate secret family history, a court case, an assault and an accusation of betrayal before they finally find their Happy Ever After.

Its sequel, “The Beaulieu Birthright” is slated for release in January 2023.

So far, I’ve completed five novels and two novellas. Recently, I extensively edited the first two novels I wrote: “Loving the Celebrity Chef’ and ‘Happy with the Millionaire’. CBG will release those in the coming months.

I have also independently published one Australian rural romance, ‘Return to Calypso Station’ which was a finalist in two Australian and New Zealand competitions; a novella, “Merry Christmas, Liebchen” and a spicy novella “Steamy Christmas for the CEO” writing as Shannon Slique, released by Evernight Publishing.
