Welcome to Industry Snapshot 2013, presented by Coffee Time Romance and hosted by authors Tarah Scott and Kimberly Comeau. While you started out with e-books, what made you decide to paper publish some of your books.

I have worked with two online publishers doing eBook layouts, file conversions, website uploading, third party uploading and various other tasks. Are you hiring in these positions? What would you recommend a person do to possibly be able to use their talents at your company?
