Lemon loves her president, who is also her man Rocket, as well as the men who are a part of their MC. She thought it was insane when she was nominated as the new VP, but she understands the decision was born from a past that scarred the whole MC, and she is there to make sure history never repeats itself.

Some of the men in the MC are unwilling to let go of the past and the dead lie. Rocket will never allow the men in his MC to disrespect his woman, even though he knows she can handle herself. The past is something his men are learning to live with, and some are unwilling to let it go, but he will never allow them take it out on Lemon.

The MC loyalty to Lemon will be deeply tested when Lemon is kidnapped and it will take every man to get her back. Will the love between the PRES and his ride or die VP withstand the club, a horrible past, and a kidnapping, or will they lose it all?

I must say Ms. Karland is a genius, and Lemon is a masterpiece. I have been waiting for a character like her. I love MC romances and to finally make an ole lady a vice president to her man is outstanding. I am definitely going back to the first book in the series and I will be sure to never miss future books. Lemon is so snarky and stands up to her crew and it is amazing to see how they respect her even when she pisses them off. I cannot wait to read Venus’s story. If you love MC romance and want to see a woman take charge, then Lemon is the story for you.
