MAKE 2023 A YEAR OF LEARNING!
—————–
We are in our 26th year of the FIRST FRIDAY BOOK SYNOPSIS!
Each month, Randy Mayeux presents synopses of two useful, best-selling business books. Randy provides a thorough, comprehensive synopsis handout, and then presents the synopses.
People follow along on their handouts while Randy speaks, marking them up with their own notes. The First Friday Book Synopsis is truly a shared learning experience!
This registration is for the in-person gathering at the Park City Club — but the presentation is also streamed live on Zoom.
We began year 26 of our monthly events in April, 2023.
If you cannot attend in person, but would like to participate remotely, on Zoom, visit Randy’s blog for details.
The two books for the October 6 session are:
1. The Coming Wave: Technology, Power, and the Twenty-first Century’s Greatest Dilemma by Mustafa Suleyman, Michael Bhaskar
and
2. Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well by Amy C. Edmondson
Both of these books are long-listed for the Financial Times Business Book of the Year!
