Book Brew
When it comes to promotion getting the most bang for your buck is a critical need! Few of us are in the Nora Roberts, Stephen King and John Grisham category where deep pockets can buy all the advertising we need—and it isn’t much since everyone wants to read our books! So what can be better than free? There is a fun event that only takes a little bit of your time to participate and reach out to fimd mew readers or remind old fans.
Here at Coffee Time we have a quarterly program called Book Brew. It’s a “party type” event that takes place on our Coffee Thoughts Blog page, which operates under WordPress, very easy to learn and work with. Book Brew features both new releases and backlist titles—the only requirement is they must meet the theme of the event, which is announced several weeks in advance. This year so far we have done “romantic” romance, mystery/thriller/romantic suspense, and steam punk. November’s theme will be historical—the whole range from pre-history (i.e. Clan of the Cave Bear) to about 1920—and wherever in the world your tale takes place! Next year there will be more new themes so that almost any author can find a place to jump aboard.
Contact us at Bookbrew@coffeetimeromance.com to learn how to share in this great opportunity and get your books out there to eager readers. We suggest a giveaway since prizes do draw more readers, but do not require it if you prefer not to do this. Basically all you need to do is come up with a couple of excerpts no longer than 1500 words and no higher rated than PG-13 although the book itself can be any heat level. Then maybe another chatty post or two such as the story behind the story or how and why you wrote this book. The event runs for eight hours but you do not have to be present all the time, just check in a time or two to respond to reader comments since the interaction is a key part of this program. We can accommodate about twenty authors at each event, perhaps a few more. Remember, this event is free and only requires a few hours of your time! Now that is real bang for the buck in my book! Contests
We host and spotlight contests each month that are reservation only. This is a wonderful way to spread awareness of you and your books without doing a lot of work. We will create a contest for you, keep track of the submissions, choose the winner, notify the winner, and send you the information. All you have to do is go shopping for the prize you are giving away, sit back, and enjoy the extra hits to your site!

Book Reviews
Would you like to have your book reviewed by Coffee Time Romance? Please let our Review Coordinator help you get the honest review you are looking for. Please contact feel free to submit a request. One of our Review Coordinators will get in touch with you. This will help to expedite and track your review request.
Note to Authors:
We rotate our reviewers and the books they receive. This ensures honest reviews by making sure the same reviewer does not review the same author’s books. We also can NOT guarantee that you will receive a specific reviewer.
Coffee Time Romance has a strict policy about our reviewers contacting authors for book reviews. This is not allowed. If you have any issues or concerns about a situation, please do not hesitate to contact us. We ask for your cooperation so that we may continue to bring honest book reviews to you.

We have something fun for you! Saturdays, we will be hosting 2-3 authors per day on our Facebook page. You provide the information, we do all of the work! This is fun way to get your book and author news out to readers. Set up your date here!
