Painting with watercolors. I can’t draw a straight line, but really enjoyed a class I took at our community center. It’s been my passion ever since, and I encourage everyone to try something new. I don’t make any claim to being an artist or a poet. I’m having too much fun to call it anything but joy.

My first favorite memory was holding my new-born daughter in my arms. She was so tiny…. My second great moment - was holding my published book in my hands. It was a magical moment, and I was hooked for life. There is so much work that goes into that moment - you have to sit back and enjoy it all!

Hang out with friends at the coffee shop, dinner and a movie night out, and staying at home on Sunday morning with a champagne breakfast!

I’d have to start with sunscreen, a hammock, a Cougar (knife), a blanket, a book on survival, a ship load of Pina Colada mix, my favorite movie star to mix the drinks and he can read the book while I’m lounging in the hammock drinking my Pina Colada. I couldn’t forget my laptop, for internet shopping at Nieman Marcus (for ordering rose scented soap and Chinese take-out), and a small generator for power. I’d also need a box of candles, a tree house with a soft bed, and a working bathroom complete with Kohler designed rain forest shower/tub. Please include only one sarong and if that wears out, oh well. I’d also need a shipping port for Starbucks and Olive Garden deliveries, and staff to deliver our meals and for daily massage therapy for stressed out writers…
