September may bring in cooler weather, but we have some hot authors chatting with us, like today we are happy to have Ms. Jade James talking about her latest book Dominic’s Temptation and a little about herself. Coffee Time Romance wants to extend a warm welcome to Ms. James, WELCOME! A couple of years ago, I actually dated a man who works for the NYPD. He is the inspiration behind Dominic’s Temptation. Remaining nameless, the police officer works in New York and he’s a take charge, aggressive, and caring man. Not to mention the fact that he put his life on the line for the people of New York. I’m lucky enough to be married to be married to a dominant man myself and I do find that most readers prefer a sure man who knows what he wants. LOL. I actually tried to convince my husband to pierce his nipples. When he told me no, and gave the reason of pain as an excuse, well I had to envision it on someone. I love forensics. I actually want to go back to college and study it once the kids get older. So while I’m waiting for my darlings to grown, I read a lot of forensics work online, and watch shows like CSI. It fascinates me how you can solve a crime, with the details left behind. Technology in Forensics has also brought closure to many cases that had remained unsolved. Dominic’s Temptation gives a glimpse of some of the forensic work involved. My husband is more of a newspaper man. So the answer to that would be no. Right now, I’m working on two stories. Eva’s Wolf which is my first wolf paranormal and A Christmas Threesome which will deal with some really tough emotional issues. I hope to have both finished by September. I’m in the process of writing A Christmas Threesome and the leading lady is going through some scary stuff. This is probably the most I’ve ever cried when writing a story and I’m not a woman who shows her emotions well. Read. I love it. I’ve always done it and it takes me to a place where I don’t worry about a thing. I have a weird schedule and I’ve kept to it. Five days a week, Monday-Friday during the day. No weekends because of my 6 and 3 year olds that take up a lot of my time. I hate deadlines. I discovered that early on and I feel it hurts my writing. I’m not good under pressure. Yes and I actually can’t wait to start on her book because she is in college to study on forensics. I’m interested in that area so Raina’s story would definitely be one filled with intrigue and suspense. Dominic. He a combination of pieces that I want the perfect man to be, rolled into one. No. I’ve enjoyed every minute of it and can honestly say that there hasn’t been a downside. Anything that has to do with suspense and erotica. The two blended together with well in-depth characters make for an exciting read. Interesting question. I guess it depends on if I’m writing a scene where toys will be used, or if I’m just flowing with my own experience. Anyone can log on to www.jadejames.com Just that I love each and every one of them and their opinions matter. Anyone can always drop me an email at msjadejames@yahoo.com Fantastic! Another great interview with one of your favorite authors. Coffee Time Romance wants to thank Ms. James for taking time out of her busy schedule to talk with us today. Thank You Ms. James. Wateena |
