Hello! It's just noon here in SoCal but I'm not a morning person and I'm on my third cup of coffee, just waking up. The weather is warm. I'm winding down from a busy week so it's nice to have a chance to sit and blog with you.

Who would like to win a prize of my new book?  Just post a comment and tell me what you think of my book cover!

The Duchess Diaries is now available! I can't wait to hear what readers have to say about Charlotte and Gideon. You can read chapter one and two on the Booklist page.

To celebrate The Duchess Diaries release I have a couple fun contests going on. Enter my website contest to win all three novels in the Bridal Pleasures series. Visit my Facebook page where I'm giving away a Kindle Fire to one lucky reader. The Kindle Fire contest ends on February 21 so get your entry in soon.

    Hi Jillian~
LOL…Before I even read the post, I thought…Awesome cover!  So, it's safe to say I love it! 😉

  2. I'm glad you enjoyed the book, Virg, as well as the series! Thank you.

  3. I completely agree with you that we judge others too quickly, Kimberly, and especially on appearances. That isn't the same thing as trusting our instincts!

  4. Charlotte's character, as I first wrote her years ago, inspired this book. She was always quiet and reflective, and she loved to write. Her goal had been to chronicle the family history, but the more she learned about her relatives, their scandals, and love affairs that ended in solid marriages, the more she felt that the romance was passing her by.
With no suitors in sight, she began to invent a passionate affair in her diary between her and the duke.
