WRESTLING WITH LOVE
Rating: 4 Cups
Derek Thompson and Scott Thayer met in high school and dated for the last year. Derek is ready for the next stage in their relationship, but Scott is holding out and firmly in the closet.
Scott is cautious about making the move from innocent love to lovers, and wishes to wait for their departure from the home front and transition to college life. He also is in no hurry to admit to the world that the one person he loves above all others is a man.
College life will afford the freedom to discover physical love, but will also throw out challenges to a love they both thought was forever. Is there enough glue to cement a relationship between two people standing on either side of the proverbial closet door?
Wrestling With Love is no different for anyone out there just dipping their toes into the dating pool. Love is hard no matter the hearts involved, and these two wrestle with their relationship from the very start. The struggle of these two characters will wreck your heart and hope the two will keep it all together, or at least find happiness in whatever form. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and I recommend you give D.H Starr and Wrestling With Love a read.
