Erotic Paranormal Romance / werewolf
Rating: 3 Cups
You would think being the leader of the pack, Jazmin Carmichael would have it a little more pulled together, but unfortunately she feels like she is slowly losing her mind. Forgetfulness and lack of direction are only a couple of the symptoms she is experiencing, either from her biological need to find her mate, or dementia is setting in early.
It would not be very manly to sit down and cry, but Dr. Blaze Petrofsky is on the verge of doing just that. His wolf sanctuary is all he has left after his thieving ex-fiancée stole his research on werewolves and claimed it as hers.
The timing could not be more wrong for Jazmin’s libido to go into overdrive, but meeting with Dr. Petrofsky sends tingles all the way to her toes. He is her only hope in finding out what is going on in Eclipse. There are now two suspicious deaths in town. Even scarier, the victims changed into wolf form after they died. Blaze is equally enamored with the beautiful Jazmin, but he is certain once she realizes what he did, she will curse the ground he walks on.
Unleashed is the sequel to Ericka Scott’s The Wolf Whisperer, and I highly recommend reading them in order. I admit to feeling confused and a little lost as to where this story was going, since I did not have the pleasure of reading the first story. The characters are lively and full of spunk, and will spark interest right away. This is quite unlike any werewolf story I have read before, and its quirky uniqueness lends it an interesting and exciting flair.
