Suppressing his instincts to claim his mate is the hardest thing Ryu has ever done, even so he is certain it is the right thing to do.
Dearly loving the man he considers his stepfather and wanting to make him proud, Takumi readies himself to take the vows of priesthood.
Ryu’s heart is waging war with his head. Does he tell Takumi they are fated to be mates, or stay quiet and let him take vows to become a priest? He must decide quickly or run the risk of losing his chance at a love that could last forever.
Very seldom will you see such emotion on display as you do with the men in this series. To say they wear their hearts on their sleeves is putting it mildly. And while it is a nice contrast to all of the big brooding alpha males out there, in this instance it is almost too sweet. In my opinion Ryu and Takumi could use a little danger here and there to spice things up.
