SHADOWS OF THE PAST

M/M, Suspense, Thriller
Rating: 5 Cups
Chase Churchill has been running from the fallout of his father’s crimes. He left his family and never looked back, but with his father’s death, someone decides he will be forced to remember.
NYPD Detective Kayne Kennedy loves Chase and though he walked away once, he is unwilling to let Chase go this time no matter who he is related to. Unfortunately, Kayne is the one who must bring bad news to Chase and keep him safe from the fallout.
Chase was living his life although he was forced to protect his identity. Kanye was the only man he wanted to spend his future with, but his past keeps dragging him back.
Shadows of the Past is an outstanding story. The love between Chase and Kanye is a tangible thing that reaches out and ensnares the reader. Lisa Marie Davis is a talented writer who entertains as well as enthralls. Her character development is superb; the killer in this story is scary for how realistic he is. I would recommend Shadows of the Past to any M/M fan who also enjoys a suspenseful thrill with their entertainment.
